The PPC-Z1564PW/RW is a fully sealed, IP66/69K-rated panel PC designed for hygiene-critical and washdown environments such as food & beverage processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, hospitality, animal feed production, and chemical plants. Its Grade 304 stainless steel housing (Grade 316L optional) and true-flat front panel resist corrosion and withstand frequent high-pressure cleaning, while sealed M12 connectors protect every port from moisture and vibration.
It's powered by an Intel® Celeron® J6412 processor with up to 32GB of dual-channel DDR4 memory — enough to run HMI, SCADA, and data-capture applications without slowdown. The 15.6" Full HD display (450cd/m², 800:1 contrast, 170° viewing angle) stays readable under bright plant lighting, and is available with either a Projected Capacitive (glove-friendly) or 5-wire Resistive touchscreen for wet or gloved operation.
Connectivity includes dual Gigabit Ethernet, RS-232/422/485 serial, and USB 2.0/3.2 ports, all M12-sealed, plus flexible storage via SSD, M.2, and Mini-PCIe with SIM support. A built-in Mifare® RFID reader supports operator authentication or batch tracking. The unit operates reliably from -10°C to +60°C, is IEC-rated for shock and vibration, and supports Windows 10/11 IoT or Linux, with an optional Super Cap UPS for protection against power interruptions.
