The Perimeter Fencing Equipment is a machine to carry out fencing operation of field across the plain, desert and semi-desert terrain. This equipment
is capable of fencing 6 km field in one go at a picket to picket spacing of 10 m at fencing rate of 1.6 kmph!
- Features
- During transportation mode, the picket holder is disassembled and kept in a pocket under the picket magazine
- In fencing mode, picket holder is assembled by engaging a pin into a hinge at one of its end.
- Total pay load on vehicle is kept within the pay load capacity of vehicle which is 10500 Kg (including platform)
- Height of the equipment is 3.50 m and width is 2.50 m during transportation mode
- Fencing rate can be achieved up to 2.4 kmph for picket to picket spacing of 15 m
- There are two modes of PFE: transportation mode and fencing mode
