The Kumbh Mela held in Allahabad (Prayagraj), is a major religious gathering. In 2019, it attracted over 150 million visitors. Ensuring safety, efficient crowd management, and enhancing overall security during this massive event was therefore of utmost importance.

We deployed over 450 Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches that combined data and power transmission over a single Ethernet cable. These switches controlled CCTV cameras, forming the backbone of the surveillance network. This network enabled real-time monitoring and data processing at the edge, ensuring efficient management of the event.

Our team ensured the successful implementation of the surveillance network, providing 24×7 monitoring capabilities. The deployment included rugged and scalable industrial-grade PoE switches designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions, ensuring reliability and durability.
